A teacher was slapped with a lawsuit for turning her female student into her personal sex toy, according to a new lawsuit filed in a Texas court.
The former dance teacher at a high school, who was sentenced in October for having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a student, is now facing the lawsuit, which was filed by the victim and her mother.
Amanda Feenstra pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years probation in October. According to police, Feenstra engaged in sexual intercourse with a student at Humble High School near Houston, from August 2010 to November 2011.
The lawsuit alleges that the 30-year-old instructor abused her position and showed an unusual and strange admiration for the student.
The complaint alleges that the teacher convinced the victim to move into a spare room at her home because she wanted to use her as her sex toy.
One day, the teacher told the victim that she was very attracted to her and would like to get to know her.
Feenstra first kissed the victim in a car outside the house of the girl's parents.
The two had sex at her home, while her husband was away.
They also had sex on the dance floor at school after performances and once after a meeting where parents were present.
The student and Feenstra had sex more times than the girl could remember, and Feenstra said she loved her.
The lawsuit alleges that the Humble Independent School District knew about the illicit relationship and did nothing to stop it. The district and its administrators are also named as defendants in the lawsuit.
