The gun either got stuck in the holster initially or he had to draw and chamber a round.

I’m ok with the last 4 shots and the anchor round. Had I been in a situation like that, not sure I would have responded the same way, but once you show you’re willing to endanger a person’s life for material gain, all bets are off.
