"X-privilege", "micro-agressions", "X-phobia" are all keywords used by paranoid liberals in the US. Maybe It's different in europe? It's really obvious here. Everyone but liberals roll their eyes at any rant including those three keywords pretty much automatically.

the main difference in Europe is that what you consider a "liberal democrat" is a right wing conservative to us. What you consider a right wing conservative is a soulless, money worshipping, believer in name only, abomination to us. What is regular left wing to us is super evil demon communist in the US. They all come with their own keywords and language, just like LTI once was.
However, "thin privilege" is a completely alien concept here.
He's not talking about classical liberalism. He's talking about the neo obama-bandwagon liberals who are all pretty much unknowingly socialists.
Most politically aware and intelligent independents/libertarians/conservatives have no problem with liberals. It's the ones that are actually preaching shit that has virtually nothing to do with liberalism, it's some gross twisted abomination.

Hate to tell you, but we've had a socialist economy in America for about 70 years now. And it worked pretty damn well until the Reaganites decided to remake it into "socialism for the rich only."
The supposed "right wing" establishment has no interest in getting rid of agri subsidies, oil subsidies, bailouts for the rich and 0% loans for the banking cartel. That makes them socialists just as much as the Obama crew, just a different kind.
