To answer the question: I lean towards no.
When Jesus resurrected, He still had the holes in His hands and the wound in His side where the centurion speared Him.
John 20:27
Then He said to Thomas, “Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing.”
Pretty sure The Resurrection essentially returned Jesus' physical condition to what it was before His crucifixion, with the exception of the nail and spear wounds.
