Went with Sweet Baby Rays. My rub was a bit on the spicy side, so it helped soften that up a bit. Did 3 hours uncovered with hickory, then 2 hours foil, and about 30 minutes uncovered with sauce. After the first 3 hours were up, I already knew they had overcooked a bit. Next time I'll pay better attention to the temp in the smoker. I did spray them down with apple juice every hour, but that wasn't enough I guess.Looks good. What BBQ did you use after? Did you put the sauce on then foil then up and smoke em for another hour at the end?
I lurk in Rerolled, I lurked in that other website for many moons and will continue to lurk while ocassionally pausing to post Random pictures. Thanks to those consistent contributors,without whom this page fades to oblivion.This new guy isn't very good at posting.
