That's Wisconsin. You can tell it's not NJ by the rounded upper mast. Both of the Atlantic Fleet ships had the 20mm tub protruding over the bow, but Iowa's was larger and more pronounced. Whisky also had haze grey painted turret roofs. There's also a bit of difference between the main turret equipment with air handling and optics but it's hard to see everything since the turret 2 barbette is not visible. The view also helps obscure the repair work where Kentucky's bow was grafted which caused it to be longer than her sisters.
