She has nothing to worry about, with OSA that severe they will make her use a CPAP and probably try to operate on her throat. But she's going to be pissed when she goes on it and drops 100 lbs in the first year. OK well, she might only drop 50 if she steps up her eating. Once I got used to my CPAP and started getting good sleep, I suddenly got hungry again and realized it had been well over a year since I'd been really actually hungry. I had been eating out of habit.

When in truth it can be as bad as having unprotected sex with a streethooker, also breastmilk has no effect other than as a placebo effect I reckon.
