All the fries discussion in the rustle thread reminded me of the kimchi korean bbq fries from Chilantro, a place that used to be a food truck in downtown Austin. Queso, bulgogi, kimchi, cilantro, sesame seeds, with rooster sauce (sriracha). Shit was fucking bomb. Perfect chemistry, flavor, and texture.
