All of the signs in the building I work in have braille. I stopped and wondered the other day how the hell are blind people who need braille supposed to know where the signs are at to understand what room theyre going into.

I always thought it was mostly there for the legally blind people who can still see outlines and shapes. No clue on the drive up ATMs though!

Ive been to court retrieving an unlawful detainer and someone was coming through that was blind. They instinctively knew the round about area to ... feel? .. for the signs. They had a real pretty golden retriever for their seeing eye companion, too. Its one thing for government buildings like that, but yea.. on civilian stuff - I dont even know how they know the signs are there without someone telling them. Thank God I dont have to deal with that personally.
