That guy looks like he has some Fat Scarring as well ~ Props to him for getting out of whatever habits that got him there in the first place. I know a few guys that love big women though - Some are married to what used to be a skinny girl but arent so.. skinny... any more. Im almost positive that my most recent ex is going to turn into a whale when she gets older because her Mom and Grandmother are heffers.

If you're referring to the stretch marks (especially around chest->arms) a lot of body builders get that from growing too quickly or whatever. I got them in highshool when I weight lifted because I grew too fast for my skin. You don't only get them if you're fat.
