Every 2 hours, huh? That must be a recent smoker. The fucked up thing is smoker's lungs really do look like that. Imagine the joy of cracking open the rib cage on each side of the spine, only to find a tar smeared excuse for a set of lungs. Dissection is no picnic for those who get smokers. Or fatties for that matter. Meh.
