Rage is Carmack's engine, right?
Nope that’s ID tech. Easily confused though because of the game Rage. Rage engine was developed from the ground up by Rockstar.

No but they play this at the start of every show:
The poor moderators get so overwhelmed during this
I mean, they're not wrong. Mens Sana in Corpore Sano.cs players more or less did pioneer the idea of working out makes you a sharper player though.

Pioneering may have been a poor choice of words, they applied it to what would be dungeon dwelling neckbeardism minimal moving. Esports teams started to incorporate physical trainers, psychologist, and basically various coaches outside of just the game itself.I mean, they're not wrong. Mens Sana in Corpore Sano.

100%, more or less just csgo pro were ahead of the curve by a few years, posting videos and promoting others to do the same since roughly 2013-14. A handful of body transformation-type shit. Most were gym rats for themselves rather than for the betterment of the sport, and then somewhere around 2018-2020; orgs started pushing it heavily on their players. I want to say there is some meme or interview regarding Team Liquid for League complaining about workout/diet requirements; not entirely sure of the specifics or if I'm misremembering. But definitely, a correlation, cus mid 20teens is when doctors/specialists started posting about stretches and so on lol. We're about to move into a psychology age, where breaking down player's mental capacity is next.. If you watch anything related to games, they'll start talking about it.. just a couple of days ago was listening to the mental tax of going against someone who is "cheating" and how that effects the overall flow.. then various things regarding smaller details on capability and reaction.Seems like the type of thing that would be more of a correlation than causation. Higher testosterone, competitiveness, discipline, and dedication would have a good amount of overlap.
Don't think it would compare with good old fashioned autism, though
Luckily Counter-Strike doesn't do this shit. The majority of their open ceremonies are walkouts, there is a bit more celebrity status to the cs players since some of them have been in the industry for 10+ years, or are representing a hometown(katowice, antwerp, rio, copenhagen, paris, cologne, ectect). Their b-rolls are just legacy footage of significant moments and the history since cs has about 20 years of esport history on it..
Instead we get weird/funny/cringe shit like
Nothing that I can recall, but CS doesn't really get political or put any effort into talking about politics.. the last thing that I recall anything political was basically NAVI, a Ukranian org, said they're cutting all affiliation with Russian tax-paying people.. Russian players still showed up to the Majors and weren't ostracized by any means. Shit, 2022 the Russian player Jame won MvP for IEM Rio.
The average cs pro

jk, only a couple.. rest are skinny or fat; cs players more or less did pioneer the idea of working out makes you a sharper player though.. now every org is putting effort into having a workout routine involved.
I guess there's actual historical precedent for a black samurai.

Yeah, it’s just whoever posted that ran African samurai through AI to make the clickbait better. It was more a joke that AI probably can make assassins creed games now, there are so damn many for ai to scrape.Looks like it. There are other weird things going on in that image.
Wow I called itseems like only the Nords / Germanics can really do it.
