Did we hear how the jury reacted when he pointed the gun at them? If they reacted anything like I would have, then that should be proof for them that kyle didn't point the gun at anyone until he was being attacked. The supposed pointees in that made up video didn't react at all.

The fact no one on the Jury piped up and yelled at the Judge 'HEY! WTF! Disarm that fucking Clown!' is kind of a bad sign. I certainly would have made some noise.

I can see that. i can also see it was to try and scare the jury into 'now you know how angry those pedos felt' mind set. Problem is Kyle never pointed til it was time.

Would've been better if he said "Objection your honor, Binger can you please confirm that you personally checked the weapon was unloaded before pointing it?"
