I can't believe Kyle's attorneys and the judge are allowing the state to litigate what the term "protection" means. Shouldn't they stop this and agree to the definition instead of letting the state ask him to redefine it continuously for the last 45 minutes?

Yeah but we also had a video of a career criminal junkie ingesting enough fentanyl to kill a large elephant yet it was deemed murder. You might see the video and come to a reasonable common sense solution but this is ClownWorld my friend. Where everything is made up and logic doesn't matter.

So this is interesting, but apparently some of the jury is already tired not taking notes, and crossed hands and legs up per some live tweeting from the courtroom. So maybe the lack of objections is simply to wear down the jury.

This pinch to zoom is interesting, because any technical person knows if you have a low resolution video and zoom in on it the pixels will get distorted and the zooming program will have to fill in things.

Prosecution is trying to get premeditated murder with the questions of why he brought the gun and why he didn't leave the gun behind.

He's trying to frame it as Kyle wanting revenge for threatening him, also asking if he knew rosenbaum was in front of him and that's why he went to the Duramax because he saw him, ive tried to figure out where Binger was going with his questions and that is my best guess.

Kyle is getting overwhelmed with the enormous amount questions when the question of why he brought the gun with him for protection was an easy one.

The break before the video will help him get his brain back in order.
