Watching this as a Non-Lawyer, I wonder...why the fuck didn't his defense say anything to the clear contradictions made by the guy who did the editing of the pictures and footage?

jurors are majority women and since there were not joggers involved, theres no cause to have "diversity", and since kenosha demo is the same as topeka demo, i doubt they could even find blacks if they wanted to, let alone diversity. when i got called to jury duty in a courtroom of 200 ppl i was the only asian, maybe 10 blacks

Ehh, men are women now too (not just trannies mind you). So even though you have a jury panel of a "DIVERSE" group, if you have 4 guys you can almost guarantee that 1 of them is a liberal.

Because none of them know anything about technology or how anything in general works. One of Kyle's attorneys was saying logarithm when he meant to say algorithm.

Agent 47 was making that point that upscaling an image and using these enhancement techniques very much does insert new information into the picture that does not exist in reality. Problem was he couldnt get the point across very well.

I just don’t understand what reracking a cleared jam to make your gun functional again convinced you he’s trying to murder you. Does not seem relevant to me at all.

The prosecution is claiming through a digitialy magnified photograph Kyle pointed a gun at the dude they didn't call to the stand and have testify that Kyle pointed his gun at him in an attempt to demonstrate provocation which would void Kyle's self defense, um, defense. Going to post the example again quick -

If you look across Kyle's back on the enhanced photo (on the left) you can see the black strap of his sling goes across his entire torso. On the photo on the right there is grey. The signs are completely differently shaped. The bit they are magnifying is way the fuck away so the algo added a shit ton of pixels upon magnification.

One thought I had could be that if he knows that's the way the jury will go then he declares it so the heat is on him and the jurors don't get doxxed and hunted down. Question is he if would have a way to determine what the verdict was before anybody else as to then make the decision to call the mistrial.

That was from the actual trial?

The light is a completely different shape, the top right of the enlarged image is orange for some reason, the sidewalk is completely different, and the longer I look at it the more differences outside of simply being enlarged.

the reason the light changed shape is because the aspect ratio was changed and the left image is stretched VS the right.
