Really depends on what era of Kratos, first few games he was pretty one dimensional.
Outside the box a little I can see:
Clancy Brown would be awesome but he is out of shape for sure and getting old so not sure how much action he could do.
Javier Bardem would kill it.
Hugh Dancy in there as Baldur
Elizabeth Olsen or Morena Baccarin as Freya
But you know it is going to be Jason Momoa and Tessa Thompson...
