HBO do not release to other providers (iTunes, etc) until BluRay release which is January 2015 for Season 4.

So your answer is no. HBO Cable Provider, HBO Go, or torrents until BluRay release. Kinda short-sighted on HBO's part, in my opinion.

Yup, this is what I have done every season thus far. The BluRays are a really good deal when they first come out too. I always get mine from Amazon and they are like $30 bucks for the BluRay/DVD/Digital Download combo. That shit is a steal.
