The point with the thing between Sansa and Ramsay is that Sansa had to know when she started down the path of 'Wardeness of the North', and LF's revenge plot along with it, that it would require consummation of the marriage. What she didn't know is just how fucked up he was, and that he would force Theon to watch.

I notice that GRRM hasn't written an episode this season, although they haven't listed who wrote the last two episodes yet. He has written at least one episode in all of the other seasons.
Oh and going back to a discussion from a few weeks ago, I watched the Joffrey's wedding episode yesterday with the DVD commentary track and GRRM said that Dan and Dave did indeed scour Europe for a pig that could be ridden by a dwarf but were unable to find one.

god the sjw tears are so delicious but they are so discordant it's hard to keep track of what their message is. The half that haven't read the books are all up on arms about violence against women the show depicts, until they realize how very, very worse it was in the books and how toned down the TV version was. Then the other half who have read the books are crying because it happens to a difference character and sansa is somehow in their mind this super important powerful female figure and that the show runners are trying to tear her down? She's been a dimwitted wallflower who exists solely to present the POVs of various characters (Cersei/KL, then LF) but they are convinced that at some point she is supposed to emerge as this all powerful female presence instead of being the series' reminder/social commentary of the price paid by women and how powerless they are in this setting/time period. Of course another segment of the haters are mad not because sansa was kinda raped or anything, but because they know that scene was all about theon and it's pivotal to his redemption arc. If a girl is gonna be raped it's gotta be done tastefully and it's gotta be all about her struggle. It can't be about someman'sbreaking point and empowering him to save said 'damsel in distress.'
it really boils down to half of them love the books and hate the changes made because it happens to Sansha (the permanent victim and almost universally hated character of the book series, of which these sjw's totally can relate) which is really blatant classism; far, far more vile and vicious things can happen to women as long as it's a commoner, but not to a privileged elite, what shitlords these sjw's are. I'm sure grrm the bleeding vajayjay SJW he is, is crying himself to sleep after watching all the hate.

I think everyone has forgotten about Brienne, who is still lurking in and around Winterfall. I've had this weird feeling that Brienne is going to run into Stannis' army at about the same time Reek smuggles Sansa out (this may take the place of Stannis running into Asha in the books?)
