Daenerys goes apeshit, takes Kings Landing. Jon dies, comes back to life and rallies Stannis' men, the wildlings and the Nights Watch to defeat the white walkers. Bran wargs into an ancient Ice Dragon and their army marches on KL. Arya kills Cersei and pretty much everyone else important in KL. LF wins at the end. He marries Sansa and unites the kingdoms, all the viewers lose their shit, the end.

Also the re-casting of Daario between seasons 3 and 4 was really jarring. The original Daario had that effeminate but still very masculine look that you could totally believe Daenerys swooning over, the new guy, while certainly not ugly, seems like just another dude with a beard.
I'm sure that re-casting was already discussed to death though.

I am still pissed off that Drogon wasnt a true wild beast in the arena that had to be tamed with a whip. Still pissed that Danny's clothes were not burnt off. Actually, this show started to piss me off a lot when they got further and further away from the books. While I admit that there were some good "not out of the book" scenes, there were also some bad and useless scenes of this nature that were added ... uhh... i dont know why... maybe just because "omg the viewers cant keep up with more than 8 narratives at once". Fuck them and fuck the "character consolidation" shit. This show is great but the books were so much better, and a lot more "good stuff" from the books could have been introduced into the show.

if they included every character/subplot from the books into the show, they could easily have made ten seasons with just the published materials and we wouldnt have this situation where the show is starting to spoil events from unpublished material. that being said it would have been dreadfully boring to anyone but book readers and much harder to remember who the fuck this guy is in brown is over that guy in brown in the next scene. still there could have been a happy medium. strong belwas, patchface, coldhands and some other minor characters and more book locations could have been thrown in for fanservice. i think the best we got was tommen's kitten. not exactly belwas worthy, but oh well.
