look astro faggot i just posted the fucking relevant passage. We know you have never read the books. read the quote I posted from A Storm of Swords. It's the last Catelyn chapter before they arrive at the Twins.

Here's the last bit of it, later on in the chapter. Where the "letter" bit comes from:

Catelyn turned to her son. "I mean no offense to Lord Jason," she said stiffly, "but if I cannot continue on with you, I would sooner return to Riverrun."
"I left my wife at Riverrun. I want my mother elsewhere. If you keep all your treasures in one purse, you only make it easier for those who would rob you. After the wedding, you shall go to Seagard, that is my royal command." Robb stood, and as quick as that, her fate was settled. He picked up a sheet of parchment. "One more matter. Lord Balon has left chaos in his wake, we hope. I would not do the same. Yet I have no son as yet, my brothers Bran and Rickon are dead, and my sister is wed to a Lannister. I've thought long and hard about who might follow me. I command you now as my true and loyal lords to fix your seals to this document as witnesses to my decision."
A king indeed, Catelyn thought, defeated. She could only hope that the trap he'd planned for Moat Cailin worked as well as the one in which he'd just caught her.
If you had ever read this chapter you would know what the fuck we are talking about. Here let me break it down for you:

1) Robb & Co are trying to return to the North and reclaim it from the Ironborn, they have to go to the wedding at the Twins to settle the issues in the Riverlands first, which as you know from watching the show turns out to the be the Red Wedding.
2) They had recently gotten word about Theon's betrayal and the alleged death's of Bran and Rickon, as well as Tyrions wedding to Sansa. Arya's also presumed dead.
3) They also had gotten word of Balon's death and Euron's return to Pyke claiming the Seastone chair, meaning that all of the prominent Ironborn currently holding territories in the North are forced to return to Pyke, meaning that only a small number of ironborn will remain holding Deepwood Motte, Moat Caitlin, etc. Now is the time to retake the north from the Ironborn.
4) Except Moat Caitlin cannot be taken from the South. Initially Robb wants to go through the Vale of Arryn and sail to the north and then march south on Moat Caitlin, but Lysa will not open the bloody gate to his army.
5) So the new plan is to travel through the Neck with crannogmen guides provided by Howland Reed. The great jon will lead an attack from the south along the causeway, with Roose Bolton leading a 2nd army. Robb's forces will sneak through the neck and attack from the west, with the help of the guides from Reed.

This is the part in question where "robb's will" may or may not have been sent. Robb sends Galbart Glover and lady Maege Mormont into the neck to find Howland reed, to get the guides for this assault. They are carrying other letters, false orders, should they be captured by the iron born while en route. It's possible that they also have his Will with him, there's no way to know.

lol meme? You are the faggot arguing over the difference between a "letter" and a "will".

I command you now as my true and loyal lords to fix your seals to this document as witnesses to my decision.
Is the only fucking mention of it, so you are both wrong it's referred to as a Document. Go watch more youtube fanfic to try and pretend you know what the fuck you are talking about.

Well, removes any doubt as to whether or not Marc died from the poison
That's pretty cut and dry. I hope they have some sort of explanation for why poisoning Myrcella wasn't a profoundly stupid thing to do with no possible outcome that would benefit Dorne.

They were essentially trying to force a war with the Iron Throne - Dorne's army is fresh and untouched, while the Lannisters have jack and shit and at this point are propped up by the Tyrells. From a strategic standpoint, if you want war, there isn't much of a better time to start one, and those bitches want war. Their positive outcome is mountains of dead Lannisters.

Still perhaps not all that smart, but not as ragingly stupid as, say, dancing around the Mountain when he is down rather than just cutting his goddamn head off.

Except in the show Doran was adamantly in favor of peace, and iirc he was bitching Ellaria out in private and maybe even threatened to have her executed. If he had been doing that in front of Jaime maybe he could have been lying, but he wasn't. It seems most likely that Ellaria did it on her own out of spite, and the reasoning is going to be 'because women are too fucking stupid to play the Game of Thrones'.

yeah, seemed like the show made it pretty clear, everyone in Dorne wanted no part. only people with personal vendettas starting shit.

Margaery is the only one that had her own Yoda to teach her the game. And really walk her through most of her clever moves.

?I have taught my Margaery what comely is worth, I hope. Less than a mummer?s fart.?

Of course Olenna is a woman herself, so reallyshe'sexpertly playing the game for the most part.

Well yes, she definitely did it alone out of spite. Kind of a condensed version of what happened in the books with Arianne and the Darkstar and company. Doran wants his revenge war as well, but he just wasn't moving fast enough for the hot-tempered ladies and they end up taking shit into their own hands and trying to spark it early.

Ah-ha. With all the worry of ice people no one suspected the ancient lizard people were making their moves to retake the surface world from the humans

Except the plot in the books gives House Martell a chance at taking control of Westeros from House Lannister through Myrcella and Trystane, or at least muscling in on Lannister control even if they can't out them completely until the next generation. But the son of Queen Myrcella Baratheon and Prince-Consort Trystane Martell would end up king, which seems like exactly the kind of long game Doran is gunning for in the books.

With this new story, the first Dorne scene we get in the upcoming season is probably going to be Ellaria's execution, maybe even a mass execution of all the sand snakes if Doran judges that they conspired with Ellaria. At which point he will still have peace with House Lannister, but thanks to Ellaria's stupidity, the only significance House Martell has in Westeros is the fact that their army did not participate in the War of the Five Kings. Which, granted, is pretty significant, but nowhere near as significant as Doran's grandson one day sitting on the Iron Throne.
