It is. Rockstar or Sony should have released a disclaimer on the psn stating there would be performance issues for the digital version of gta v. They could have even checked your console spec when you go to purchase via dlc and given you a warning if you had a 5400rpm hdd as the majority of people wouldn't even know if the disclaimer applied to them if it was just a blanket one.

I definitely know what its like, because I've been there. I sat in my house and played video games for years because I had no ambition and didn't like interacting with people. It sucks. Its hard to overcome. But the hard part is convincing yourself you're worth the effort.
