Shocked by how smooth this is.
Its great. Never drops below 40 fps for me and I'm on a 770 with an i5. Smooth as butter play even in the hottest moments, card runs normal temp ranges.

And the image clarity is so good.

I'm loving it.

There's also no stutter or microstutter of any kind.

Maybe I've got some settings wrong, but I've noticed while playing GTA Online, the loading times for events seem excessively long. Anyone else experiencing this? (I'm hoping it's due to the recent release).

I have everything turned up but the AA/MSAA type stuff that I never put above 2x or 4x anyway.

And no motion blur.

Same, really putting me off multiplayer events too.

Finally having a game to make me bother with updating my video card drivers again.

I think it depends on the time of day you're playing. Monday night and Tuesday I had 0 lag whatsoever. Last night I had lag in a game or two (shit host) and one lobby was choppy as fuck. Changed lobbies and it was smooth as butter.

Yeah thank fuck it's not just me. I spent more time in the loading screen than in the team deathmatch.

It really soured me from the online play. The single player is amazing though.

Just installed it. I think 1gb of video memory isn't cutting it anymore. I get a lot of lag at max resolution with the rest of the settings at the lowest (normal). Obviously from the posts the game is totally optimized so I need to upgrade.

Really wish I could remap the gamepad keys. I want to drive with gamepad in one hand and mouse in the other. :p

Turns out AMD had a beta driver specifically for GTA V. Figured that might be the issue, but was too lazy to check. Had to whine first.

Hell, if you crank everything up to max at 1440p, the games little video memory indicated goes over 4GB. I couldn't go over like 4x MSAA without the game wanting over 4GB, with every other option maxed at 1440p

NVIDIA has a GeForce experience driver update just for GTA V as well. That's what I use to tune mine.

Note, I'd never want to play with this periphial because it'd be far too much work, but it's interesting:
