I know it's not coleslaw, but for some reason your post reminded me of this video. There's always someone out there (McCheese) who will take a huge portion of something (or add condensed milk to a savory dish...wtf).I'd say you'll easily feed 15 with that. No one takes a huge portion of coleslaw.
