While my bread doesn't turn out that gorgeous looking, I use the method Zoe whatever made:Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day

Pan of water and a baking stone. Keeps the oven moist and keeps even direct heat.

The "5 minute" part is bullshit, since it's like an hour of prep work once a week, and 20 minutes of prep work every day, and then whatever the cooking time is. On the other hand it's easy.
I use this, too. I find making the batch of dough takes about 20 minutes, and it really is 5 minutes or less on the baking days.

Was in the mood for turkey burgers and went with this Serious Eats recipe:Seriously Meaty Turkey Burgers. Really really good stuff. Eggplant gave it good moisture and the extra 'umami bombs' (soy sauce, marmite, and anchovy) helped with the meatiness of the patty. Only issue is that it takes awhile to roast the eggplant (20 minutes preheat the oven, 30 minutes to roast, 10 to cool).

Alright I need some help. I plan on making grilled fish Tacos for the wife for mother's day and I have some fresh cobia coming in just for the occasion. I do not want to marinate it but a dry rub is ok. I would like suggestions. Below is what I plan on using for a rub unless someone here has something that looks better...

4 teaspoons chili powder
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Will be topped with a family recipe of coleslaw

If you GIS fish taco about 80% of them are in flour tortillas. Cold corn tortillas suck ass.
