TJT I picked up gochujang sauce and fuck me running it's good. I did a vegetable and tofu stir fry with it, put it on brown rice with a fried egg.. sweet jesus. I learned the hard way a little bit of that sauce goes a long way.

I get it, I just think cost of living is pretty prohibitive.The weather, overabundance of social activity, convenience to middle of nowhere redwood forests in a 35 min drive, the food and drink scene, amazing day trips that are an all out vacation expense for other people (Tahoe, Yosemite, Sequoia, Napa), by far the best pay rate for what I and most people on this forum do by trade. It's fucking awesome.
use the cheat i learned from food wishes and coat it with baking powder, i'd say 10wings uses 2tsp of it gives it a nice fry crunch.I finally used my air fryer to make fried chicken. Well, a fried chicken breast because I didn't feel like buying an entire chicken and cutting it up. Surprised how well it turned out. Really damn good actually. I also like how since it's not completely submerged in oil, you get some parts of the breading that get slightly charred. Will definitely make again.
