Hey I freely admit my plating leaves little to be desired. However the deliciousness of the food is another story.
I do beat myself up quite a bit while I'm cooking and anytime we're entertaining I'm always concerned that something hasn't turned out as well as I hoped it would. I always ask people just to be brutally honest with me because that's the only way I'm going to get better at cooking. If I make something that sucks just tell me. Don't sit and say yeah this is wonderful and it's not. How the fuck are you supposed to learn and get better if you don't get honest feedback.

where do you live that the egg shortage is still a thing? That's on you and the corpo mega farm that services your area. Eggs have been down to or below normal cost in my neck of the woods.

You just mix in stovetop stuffing? It's not fancy but it's good. Have done home made croutons as well, and real stuffing from Thanksgiving. Just don't do extra salt because stovetop stuffing mix is hella high sodium.
I mean we'll put cut up pepperoni into an egg bake too, and prefer stovetop in meatloaf over most other options, so maybe we're just crazy.

In all seriousness, it probably tastes really good. For whatever reason stove top stuffing just has that very unique flavor of all of that sage and celery. I just never thought about using it and a frittata type deal. And yeah I would imagine throwing pepperoni and stuff in works as well but that's the beauty of frittatas. They're there just to use up whatever the hell leftovers you have from the night before especially after a hard night of drinking and I delectable breakfast meal.
I'll have to give it a shot and report back.

I'd volunteer my supertaster abilities for a foh cook-off. Wasn't there a foh meetup at some point? Could make something happen.
Last week made naan using cast iron skillet instead of baking which never works well. Was pretty good. Was just too much dough so I did some in a sheet pan like focaccia and it was really good more bready like that. Was sorta like ciabatta but a little lighter, more flavorful and richer. Might try naan rolls or buns in the future.
Been looking into some kitchen knobs be ausr the lady we bought the house from had everything coffee theme and the little coffee cup knobs look like poops from a distance. Have 53 knobs in my kitchen. Nice having a lot of storage, but wtf gets expensive.

Been making a lot of this the past few months. Super easy and the taste and texture really grow on you. Additionally there's pretty much infinite variety as you start mixing in stuff. Minced bacon and a small amount of fried Mexican style chorizo are solid so far.

You'd have been better off just blabbering some Chinese. Hey if it's something you enjoy watching or keeping up with then Godspeed and enjoy. I guess if you're going to watch a sport that's probably the best one. Used to watch a lot of boxing with my dad back when I was growing up and we had HBO. But that gets pretty tame compared to UFC.
I think I enjoy watching fishing tournament stuff when it comes to your sport competitions, or guys competing in pistol comps or three gun matches. The cowboy shooting stuff is a blast to watch, too.
