I just finished watching this. Absolutely no problems with feeling nauseous. The movie was really fucking awesome. I laughed quite a bit at the violence. Such a badass movie.

This sums it up. This soundtrack was pretty amazing. This fuckin song came right on queue! I mean off the top of my head I can't think of a better song for a better action scene!
