Siamese twins are identical twins. While it is possible for identical twins to be opposite genders (extremely rarely), how many of them do you think were conjoined, and how many of those weren't separated at birth, and how many of those have survived long enough for you to be legally allowed to have sex with them? If I had to guess, those odds are probably worse than winning the lottery.
