Colon. Looks like surgery next Wednesday. I'm amazed they got a spot for me so quickly.
My dad has colon cancer 5 years ago, just went in for a colonoscopy and was all clear. There are obviously different types but when I went to the doctor right after he got diagnosed the doctor told me that colon cancer was so slow growing that even with an immediate relative having it, I wouldn't need to get a colonoscopy until 50. I was 43 at the time.

Good luck and God speed though

Coiling a garden hose takes up less space.

FYI I think that recommendation was lowered from 50 to 45 recently

If you find a gold mine you don't sit around waiting for others to find it. They don't want you getting a 2nd opinion and/or going somewhere else.

Fuck it, I'm bored.

How does drinking only water stop cancer cells from growing?

It causes your digestive system to nearly completely shut down and trigger a regenerative state. That and cancer cells require anaerobic respiration and thus require glucose. When you fast you deplete your glucose storage within a day or two and therefore starve the cancer cells to death. That's the basic gist.

The brain requires glucose too. Have you done the water fast often?

Is it really so difficult to say this kind of thing without all the insults? Not everyone may be familiar with your post history. Not everyone has seen all of your past treatises on cancer and want to search your post history for them. Many people may still have faith in the medical system despite the faith shattering events of the last few years, it's no shame on your part to show a little patience, is it?

Or do you care more about stroking your own ego by being proven right than helping people? I'm not trying to be critical here, because if people didn't know, a lot of what you've traditionally railed about here on this forum has been proven right. But that's still no reason to insult people who may or may not know any better. If you truly wish to help people rather than bludgeon them with what you consider the obvious then please try to be a little more considerate.

FYI I struggle with doing this DAILY IRL, so I'm not asking anything of you that I try (and routinely fail at) myself.

Since in here we tend to trust experts, here's I think one of the lead scientist in that field. How to manage cancer with diet. How cancer live on fermentation, require glucose.

The general idea is that cancer cell aren't as capable as regular cells, and by doing the right thing, combining fasting, extreme keto and blocking glycation or whatever the name is, you can starve cancer cells, while the rest of your cells can manage using ketosis.

Lol no it doesn't, ketones work perfectly fine. I do it a couple of times a year and actually just did one for 3 days to start the summer. In fact I feel my cognitive capabilities significantly improve the further into the fast I get.

Have you? You'd know brain is mostly fine in ketosis. Some dude fasted 380 days, lost 250 pounds, and could still function normaly. And the argument is that the brain, and the rest of your cells are a whole lot finer than cancer cells in that state. It's not so far away from the regular chemo put all cells under stress, and cancer cells being degenerated cells, they lose. But by using mecanisms that exist in your body, autophagy, ketosis, the secondary effets are far far smaller.

And you can implement both, go surgery chemo and diet management, as for now the 'proof' aren't that solid. Works in vitro, works on rats, worked for a few people with desperate cancers.

What about IV Vit C ("IVC") in conjunction with autophagy & ketosis? Something about large dose Vit C oxidation on cancer cells?

Lumi, I agree with forum admin-bro - you have a ton of interesting ideas and you're a godly person. Be the shepherd.

I’ve said this before over the years but “Hey I bet Vitamin C will work” is basically the “my Jboots are slower this week” of medicine.

Every few years someone will come up with some stupid trial that Vitamin C is going to save the day for some new health issue and year after year it turns out to be a big nothingburger

I think LLR and co said it better than me - but after the last few years, a lot of us are ready to start looking into this shit. We can just do without the degradation. I'm not gonna say the medical community is completely full of shit, but they're at least 75% full of shit, and this is the kinda shit that we can really start to have discussions about...it's just hard when you're getting called a dunbass all the time!

I tend to ignore everything Lumi says because he's such a toxic asshole. Of course I will make alterations in my diet. I don't feel I need to make alterations in my lifestyle - I'm a healthy guy. Lots of exercise and I eat very healthily. Especially in the summer months when I'm eating so much out of the garden. There may be truth in the water diet, but forgive me, I'm going to do everything possible to be cancer free, like right now.

And Lumi Lumi - please don't ever address me directly again. I had just received some pretty serious and terrible news. You come in blasting away telling me that the series of doctors who conceived a very good plan for my health are morons. Do you have the mental capacity to understand what a dick move that is? That is a rhetorical question, everyone here knows you don't have that capacity. Kindly go and fuck a duck.
