It coudl very well be a minion that counts as a weapon also. Plenty of cards in other games do shit like that.

Yeah that was actually my first thought, but then I decided it's too early for Hearthstone to start complicating things like that. I'd expect to see something like my azuresong mageblade idea before we started to see weapon-minions.

I opened Gruul today. Not sure what to do with him.

Maybe use him in a ramp druid deck?

I have Gruul and he's one of those cards where when you play him, if they have an answer right away, it's the same as any other big unit that gets insta removed. If they don't have an answer, you probably win soon. Cards like Ragnaros etc that do something right away are better, but he's not bad.

Finally managed to craft my first legendary. I went with Leeroy to beef up my rush decks. That card has beat me too many times.

Too many times.....

I opened Alex yesterday... but I already had him. Sooo many missing Legendaries and I've already opened 2 Alex and 2 Gruul.
Gruul isnt too good but I use him in my warrior control deck in place of Cairne (only Legendary Im missing for that deck)

Gruul is pretty useless because his ability is overkill. If you have an 8/8 on the board that your opponent can't deal with you'll win. Doesn't matter if he keeps growing.

Well, he's really just a worse version of the giants. Arguably on par or better than sea giant since his casting cost isn't dependent on board state, but clearly worse than mountain or molten.
