That feeling when you are playing against Zoo and they miss lethal, then lifetap into lethal again. Feels bad.

Who cares if you can't trigger it on your turn?
When you let your opponent dictate where the buff goes, he can play around it to a degree where at best the card will go 1 for 1. I was hoping Paladin was going to get some kind of solid early game minion akin to Northshire Cleric/Voidwalker/Armor Smith/Mana Wyrm or some kind of decent 5 drop so he can have some options other than clog his 4 drops some more or play Azure Drakes. What I'm pretty sure Paladin didn't need was another fucking secret.

I can see it boosting aggro Paladin to a certain extent but those decks revolve too heavily around Divine Favor and this secret doesn't exactly help out with that.

So I stopped playing Shaman all the time to try the Zoo Lock. I have shit for Warlock cards, but even the midrange zoo deck with what I had laying around got me a 16 game in streak in ranked. Finally losing to a really high-end Warrior Control Deck. Kind of fun to near effortlessly KO someone by turn 5 though lol. So much synergy. I never had too much trouble dealing with it with my Shaman deck. I ultimately prefer playing warrior, but the control deck requires so many super expensive cards...

Then I went to Arena and got the most insane Paladin Draft I have ever received and won 6 in a row. Might finally reach the 12 win mark for Arena with it.

I always think that when I'm in arena, then I hit the 8-9 win level and just lose 3 in a row.

I created two dummy accounts and went through the tutorials. Once I did that I loaded up an account on my main PC, a laptop and my iPad. It took me about 5 games to get my Fireside back because my iPad kept losing track of the other two accounts but it eventually worked. And just concede the games to speed things up.

That sounds painful compared to installing that Evolve network tool and just conceding three games versus randoms doing the same thing. It was mentioned a few pages back.

This. Win so many 5 or 6 games in a row thinking I must have an incredible deck, then lose the next 3 in a row...

I've done that quite a few times, especially at 8 or 9 wins and then drop 3 straight. Always feels bad, but most of the time it's with decks I didn't feel that good with to begin with. Then I always think back to the time I was about to go 1-3 but the guy dc'd right before he killed me and I ended up going 9-3 instead.

At around 9 wins you start to run into ridiculous decks like paladins with triple truesilver, consecrates, tirion. Druid with 4 swipes, ancients of war etc.. All sorts of redonkulous mages. Around 2% of all arena runs get 10 wins or more on average so you are meeting the people that RNG god smiles upon.

Just a while ago I was 9-0 and then met three mages straight and got 9-3. Was about to flip my table.

Is Zoo still a thing? I am getting my ass handed to me as I play it. I grant you that I suck, but this exceeds even the massive margin of error that is my suck level. I think meta has maybe shifted back toward control. Taunt taunt taunt.
