I've said this before but it bears repeating: The thing about Zoo is that while there are some versions that are more effective than others, Zoo isn't a traditional deck but more of a mindset or playtstyle. Because of the Warlock's Hero Power, I don't think Zoo will ever go away. It's simply going to adapt to whatever new cards come out and swap things around as appropriate. It's simply a minion-centric deck that utilizes "value" minions to maintain board control and utilizes the Hero Power to make sure you never run out of cards. It's also why all the "Nerf Zoo" cries are dumb because it relies, primarily, on Neutral Minions with just a handful of Warlock specific cards. If you nerf a card, Zoo simply swaps that card out for what is now the new high value card. The only way to nerf Zoo is to go after the Warlock's Hero Power and that's something Blizzard doesn't want to do (mess with Hero Powers).
In my opinion, one of the things that makes Zoo so strong is that it's very rare for them to go a turn where they simply "pass" their turn or "Hero Power + Pass." From turn 1, you're dropping minions and your opponent is going to fall behind at some point.
