Still having fun playing this oil mech rogue deck. Wasn't sure if it was really viable at first, but after playing with it more learning better how to mulligan I seem to be doing well enough with it.
Rogue - Deckbuilder - HearthPwn
Haven't had to make too many changes since its first creation. Originally I had van cleef in there and swapped him out for an azure drake since van cleef was too often a dead card and I could use the card draw. I'm testing gallywix right now, had dr boom, but with him being the only "big" threat in the deck he always gets removed too efficiently, and I tried loatheb which I think fit better than boom, but right now I want to see how gallywix stands up to loatheb. Also, I many times would have a dead turn 6 and then turn 7 would be do I boom or do I sprint? and neither is very good after a dead turn.
The mechs are a second win condition, of course you want to try and play your iron samurais behind an annoy-o-tron or arcane nullifier and if your opponent doesn't have removal or you already baited out removal things get out of hand for them. Iron samurai just makes mechs very strong because even if your opponent has removal it already gave a mech +2/+2. Also iron samurai and auto barbers are great mirror entity bait cards. I've found this deck to be way better against aggro than the standard oil rogue deck so if you want to lvl rogue and are running into a lot of aggro, you may want to give this one a try. Only really poor matchup I find is priest, but thankfully there aren't too many on the ladder and with the right draw anything can be beaten, I won against one priest who had control the entire game, but he had no taunts late game and I drew my entire deck allowing me to play a 10 power cogmaster's wrench and did 31 damage over 2 turns with my weapon alone.
