I already cut the Protector for the 2nd Commander. I'm finding that it's really easy to build up a board full of little shits without even trying. Two games with Gormok in and Solemn Vigil out. First he never showed up but I won (against a Face Paladin). Second game was against a more traditional paladin and I got Gormok out on Turn 6 to kill off a 5/5. Went on to win that game as well. Even with all the little shits I just find Solemn Vigil is a bit clunky. The 5 cost base is just really high. Especially when you're already running Divine Favor.

So far so good. It may need tweaking but after losing my first 4 games straight I started to get more favorable match ups and have been winning far more than losing. I think it also helps that it's not an, obvious, netdeck so people have no idea what they're playing against. At least I haven't seen anything like it yet.

Well I want 2 draw spells and double divine favor is way more clunky than favor + vigil. But yeah the list isn't sacrosanct, test whatever you want.

I havent run this deck but did have something similar. Looks ok but Gormok would definitely be a fine add. I'd remove 1x Chow and 1x Divine Favor for 1x Gormok 1x Lay on Hands. That's just my prefs. I find paladin really doesnt need Chows since they have the best 2-drop in the game, and muster.

In normal midrange or challenger pally sure, double chow isn't necessary. In this deck you want to be fighting for board control as soon as possible because without the stickier drops of midrange or the major swing play of challenger, you have almost no way to get back into the game once you lose board control.

If I were going to remove a draw spell for LoH, I'd remove Vigil, it's objectively weaker than Favor. Sure favor will frequently end up as a dead card against other aggro decks, but the huge draws you can get against midrange and control decks are unbeatable.

If I were to drop money for packs as a new player, which pack should I get? I got BRM and Naxx because my friend recommended it... but it gets boring playing a Grim Patron deck.

Cut protector, cut commander, cut divine favor and vigil, and ooze
Added 2x defender of argus (cause this deck has only 1 taunt total), 2xcreepers (not sure about those but help protect against sweepers), 1 lay on hands (not sure about that either, solidifies leads, kinda shitty when behind).

Rank 8 - 6 in about 20 min. *Shrug*

Fight is pretty accurate if you were buying packs one at a time. If you were buying pack bundles I'd start with a big bundle of vanilla since vanilla probably has the largest amount of meta staples

Made your deck Gavin, with 2 Commanders. Lost the first few games until I got into the swing. Struggled against a couple Druids. But after that I won several games in a row. Fun deck that just shits out dudes.

Yeah it's funny that I was trashing commander before tgt released. Still nothing special, but this deck absolutely can't miss hitting a 2 drop (unless you can go 1 coin 3), and there aren't a lot of other options once you already have minibot and yuggler. Protector isn't really a 2 drop, and I'd rather have a 2/3 than a 3/2, so my realistic options are annoyotron, bloodsail raider, flame yuggler, haunted creeper, and loot hoarder. I don't like 1 power 2 drops for this deck so annoyotron and creeper are out, flame yuggler's battlecry is too unreliable, which leaves you with just bloodsail and loot hoarder to choose from. At best loot hoarder trades once and is easily pinged off by light's justice/hero power/etc, but it draws a card which this deck badly needs. Bloodsail Raider is acceptable as a vanilla 2/3 which is exactly what Commander would be if you drop it turn 2, and Bloodsail can also be a 3/3 or 6/3 if you have a weapon equipped.

If someone wanted to play my list but didn't have commanders, I'd say run Bloodsails. I'm gonna try taking out the protector for one. When it comes to 2 drops, I absolutely want something that has the potential to clear two creatures, while otherwise requiring a full removal spell or the tempo loss of a turn 2/3 hero power from my opponent to finish it.

Gormok definitely fits. I just hit a streak of 4 face hunters in a row though and lost them all. Donne for the night.

Didn't draw any chows? Unless they rape you with perfectly timed unleashes, chow into a follow up drop puts you so far ahead against face hunter that misha is the only thing that will save them, unless you blunder badly into an explosive or bear trap. Or if they curve perfectly into all their charges and blitz you down.

Seal of Light might be decent in this deck too, although it would suck to use on turn 2 instead of an actual drop.

Every single one was the hardcore face variety. Open with a 1 drop, turn 2 zooka, turn 3 wolf rider and so on. My board doesn't even register to them. They actively ignore it all.

wtf is this? I just played a game where, with 6 mana, a warlock played jarraxus but did not turn into jarraxus. I triple checked HDT log and nothing. Am I crazy?
