what a blanket statement, that's every nerd card game ever made...I have absolutely every faith in the nerd gamer community to solve this game if they haven't already.
If you want a real card game play something that matters, like Poker.

You officially have no idea what you're talking about.what a blanket statement, that's every nerd card game ever made...

I have 53 current wins in arena, and my beloved Abomb came from a pack from one of those win streaks. It's basically solved. I mean, locked 30 cards, static (mostly) resource gain, small card pool, it's not that surprising.
And yes, some classes are better than others for arena, but some classes are also just better in general (looking at you rogue). Warrior being a shitbird isn't exclusive to one particular game mode. The point is though, with the otherwise limited strategy available given the mechanics and card pool, arena is about the only way to actually inject more skill in to the game at this point. Just because you're terrible at it or can't use your beloved Ysera doesn't mean it isn't the obviously superior game mode.
You didn't quote everything that I said. You left out the very, very important part where I state that Mist has the right of it. Let's go back and look at what Mist had to say again -what a blanket statement, that's every nerd card game ever made..
I've been playing games for more than a quarter century. There is not a single thing about Hearthstone that doesn't reek of a game that can be solved. Do you honestly not know what gamers are capable of?The game is incredibly low-variance with 30 card decks and preset resource development. For low variance games like this, the metagame will always be based around what are effectively combo strategies with low-interactivity. And with the extremely low variance this game has, it's quite possible that these low-interactivity combo decks will be mathematically solvable.
Dont let the door hit your ass on the way out!I actually regret even posting now.
More like if you are going to bitch about how all these kiddie card games are broken go play a game that is not.Did someone just go full retard and try and compare Hearthstone/MtG with poker?
