The casual player is super low mmr and would keep losing games whether they have 1 or 50 avatar choices as seen from blizzard stat releases. Trading for the potential of cosmetic crap seems fair tbh.
Not that I condone giving blizzard money for anything and in fact hope it drives people away to leech off of some other f2p drivel.

Played this game for the first time in forever.
I was playing hunter using the Denathrius card. I had a match against Quest Hunter.
He completes the quest, I played Denathrius and heal up to 28 health. Next turn from an empty board and some spells he kills the 10/10 so he has an empty board and 3 cards. I have 28 health, a taunt and another minion. He has 10 health, empty board, 3 cards...
He killed me next turn.

Aren't quests hero-agnostic buddies? I prefer quests to buddies and I don't think there is a sane way for both to exist at the same time. Quests are already high roll enough, I don't trust Blizzard to be able to balance both.
I mean, maybe if you had bought the reward track so they could hire more devs. This is really your fault.
As an aside, demons with felbat and the watcher guy that adds stats to bob's tavern is fun. It's weird playing a viable demon build that isn't pink man.

Watcher will get nerfed. Either will be brought down to +1/1 or up to tier 5. Quests and buddies cant exist in the same game because the game would end by turn 10-11 almost every time due to two people high rolling and blowing everyone up.

Some shitty new BG quests, almost all are shitty. Whitemane seems pretty fun; RIP baron builds imo. Tier 1 dragon is pretty ok. Tier 2 hunter card is useless with those stats. The new 6 is also not good. +4/4 once a turn? Weak af. Gemsplitter being removed is retarded and destroys one available build.

I agree. Quests were fun at the start but have become very one dimensional. You know what the optimal quest is and that is always the pick. Its pretty boring and I stopped playing a few over a month ago once I finished both of the reward boards and still have no desire to play.
