My best arena run yet, 11 wins...missing card is an arcane missiles. I'm pretty sure a brain dead monkey could get 11 wins with 6 fireballs though.

Just make a warlock deck with 100% 1-2 cost minions, spam them + your hero ability every round. You will lose the game, but will finish your quest very quickly. Yes, the quest is dumb.

I probably only have half the legendaries, but I think I'm only going to craft golden shit from here on out. I figure I'm going to do that in the long run, so I might as well just do it now and save the dust instead of double crafting.

You can craft any golden you want (with the except of Gelbin/Tauren)

Edit: Well, you can't craft the basic's either

I had a few good packs in beta; then after one wipe he just turned around and wrecked my deck. He is lucky as shit.

And yea, I say this with all the possible hate I can possibly muster for getting a gold Prophet Velen in beta and never seeing him again. But that motherfucker...

Up until now I had never drafted a Legendary Card in Arena before, I was shocked to get TWO this run. Ysera was chosen out of a grouping that included Lorewalker Cho and Bloodmage Thalnos. Hogger was chosen out of a grouping containing Captain Greenskin and Baron Geddon (I'm a shaman, Geddon would have destroyed my totems every turn). Here's hoping I might actually be able to use them with the lame deck I've got.

As I was taking the screenshot he dropped the one axe for a second lightning storm. I like the blademaster + ancestral, seems much smoother than blademaster + CoH. Just a brutal anti-aggro deck.

I hate that one, I get rid of it every time.

If i'm forced to play it , you can just make a deck of all low level minions, and just play the computer.
It counts towards the quest.


I'm going with a new strat for ladder climbing , switching from playing one deck for a very long gaming session.

I play either Strifeco, or Handlock for two wins, then I switch to UTH for the really quick win streak.
I think I'm going to make legendary this time, I was really close before the patch.

Maybe a couple more weeks of grinding

Well now, that was a fun ride!

I enjoyed the shit out of this game and sunk only $30-$50 into it (and honestly got much more than that out in entertainment!) and all of that as random drunken "me wanna arena" stuff.

Still, I am not by any means a conspiracy nut but I just got fucked by something new or perhaps old. Flat out winning and no desynch, no network bullshit, no reason my box can see and yet I went from me fine and up by a mile to cascading animations of "out of time"s in flickers and still the whole thing took less than the usual time-out. Opponent suddenly had a full board and new cards.

Fuck that. I *still* almost recovered but fuck it. I'm not playing a game that is already frustrating against that.

EDIT: I am the MOST skeptical bastard in the world. Hell, /r/skeptic is a project of mine and I did other things and also some other things too!~

Still, Not sure shit is working, thinking not working.

Now prove it.

Got a 60 gold this morning, dropped The Meek Shall Inherit and got a second 60 gold with a common class between them. So fuck that quest and good advice but fuck making some stupid loss deck just to get it done easily.
