See thats why snake trap is so awful, because only a retard would attack into a snake trap when all you have is buzzard on the board.

But what if it's an explosive or even a frost trap(if that's arena it's not uncommon, hell fucking snipe too), are you gonna take the chance and leave a buzzard on the board? It's the point of secrets, forcing you to make a choice which might or might not be optimal. You can assume it's snake cause he played a buzzard on an empty board when you have stuff up, but if he's bluffing and you attack him, it's an explosive, you lose your shit AND he keeps his buzzard, how do you feel then?

That said don't like hunters so whatever.

And that is why Hunter is simply retarded. I don't think they're OP but I think they're as "unfun" as you can get. Win or lose (especially lose), Hunters are not fun to play against at all.

The buzzard combos are just too cheap. UTH should be 4 mana or the hounds shouldn't be beasts or something.

I'm kind of bothered they are not going to throw a bone to the Beta testers that have been testing there game for awhile now.
I have over 2000 wins on this current phase ,and before the wipe I had another 1500 or so.

Now they are going to say all that doesn't matter, and we have to grind another 500 wins per hero. Ah well, it is what it is.

Also I wonder why they picked 500, wonder if that is the average amount of wins it takes to get to 60, although it feels like it was allot more then that.

Tinkmaster getting destroyed and Pagle slightly nerfed.

Upcoming Balance and Ranked Play Updates - Forums - Hearthstone

Tinkmaster Overspark is now a 3/3 (up from 2/2) and now reads: Battlecry: Transform another random minion into a 5/5 Devilsaur or a 1/1 Squirrel.

Tinkmaster is a neutral card that silences and often shrinks big creatures. This reduces the amount of big, fun creatures in the environment. We think this change will increase the amount fun creatures in the environment, and bring him more in-line with his cost and overall power. Tinkmaster should still show up in certain types of decks, but will no longer be appearing in every high level deck.

Nat Pagle now reads: At the start of your turn, you have a 50% chance to draw an extra card.

Nat Pagle will now draw a card at the start of your turn rather than at the end. Nat had too much draw power for a card that is fairly hard to counter so early in the game, making it almost an auto-include for many decks. This change reduces the power of the card and gives players more time to counter the card before it starts.

Tinkmaster is now unplayable. That's such a tiny nerf to Pagle that it won't stop him from being an autoplay in damn near everything. I was kinda hoping to be able to dust mine for something more fun.

Tinkmaster is completely worthless now.

The Pagle nerf isn't as harsh but the beginning of a turn and the end of a turn are miles apart. Early in the game, it won't matter as much because he's tough to remove. Mid-game he's worthless unless you're already winning.

Not happy about either of the changes to be honest. Maybe it's because I own both (crafted Tink and opened Pagle in a random, 100 gold, pack) but I felt that both were pretty balanced. Yes, they were auto-includes for Control decks (which I know Blizzard hates) but that's more due to the state of the game than anything else.

At any rate this just continues to push the game towards mindless aggro/rush.

That is frustrating...I just dumped 1600 to create my Tinkmaster. He is total crap now.

EDIT: The nerf was well deserved though.

That is a pretty big blow to Priests, Tink and Mind Control are the only ways they have of dealing with stuff like Ysera. And MC takes your whole turn.

Raise casting cost of shadow word: death to 4 or 5, make it destroy any creature. Maybe nerf shadow word: pain down to 2 power or less even though ladder priests generally don't run it.

I'm, definitely, disenchanting my Tinkmaster. Still on the fence about Nat. It isn't as severe a nerf but, like I said earlier, beginning of turn and end of turn are miles apart.

Yeah, they really should rethink the Tink changes. I understand wanting to tweak him for sure but there are a lot of ways to possibly do that.

Or not of course, it doesn't matter *that* much. It'll just make for more annoying arena "Pick from these three shitty legendaries!" moments.

I was going to say he still has a spot in warrior and paladin control decks since they have no unconditional hard removal and they like to keep the opponent's board clear, but then it becomes really situational. I was thinking it particularly wouldn't be bad in a paladin deck because at a 3/3 for 3 he isn't bad early game because he may be able to buff a recruit, but at the same time now he could also buff one of your opponent's minions so that kinda throws that out.
