They look something like this -

I personally still use Explosive Trap instead of Flare because of all the Zoo, I don't own a Mukla so that's a Tundra Rhino, and I'm using a Dire Wolf Alpha instead of an Owl. Without all the reactive traps and bow you get to put much more pressure on the slower decks and then bust them open with Highmane while still having the full Unleash shell.

I've never liked tracking, and don't get why so many hunters love it. I've tried it, and it always feels like I'm forced to throw away one or two cards I'd much rather still be in the deck. On top of that you are milling yourself 3-6 cards, which every now and then can really bite you later if the game drags out, especially with buzzard -> unleash.

It doesn't sound like you are using it right if you feel that way. Don't think of it as something you use to fill out a curve or a way to spend that last mana. You use Tracking to find what you need. Doing something like a turn 1 Tracking is basically never correct.

It is one mana for the best of 3 cards. It is very strong. The only downside is the mill effect IF it comes down to decking, which is very very rare. Other than that, it has no downside.

I know the upsides, I guess I'm just bitter from situations like turn 4 you tracking because you really want a kill command. Then it tracks something like kill command, savanah highmane, savanah highmane. Sure I got the card I wanted, but now I also tossed both of my best lategame cards. Maybe those scenarios are rare enough that it's worth another look by me.

Brainstorm is one of the most powerful spells in the history of magic. Almost every single expansion cycle has had a de-powered version. Tracking is the Hearthstone version of Brainstorm.

I don't disagree but what makes you say so?
Because it's a train wreck lol. I played something like 2 Mid Game Hunters, 1 completely counter control Control Warrior, 2 different agro Mages, 2 Zoo, a Priest, 2 Malygos Rogue, etc. The shits just all over the place, and no matter what you play you're just going to run into games you pretty much auto lose off the bat.

I'm pretty sure I played against that guy. Guardsmanbob or something? That deck was fucking retarded. Ended my run at 8-3. Having Tirion then Cairne played against you in arena pretty much means you lose, especially as a Warlock.

Edit: You aren't that unlucky, that's about normal. It's somewhere around 10-20% to have 1 in a run. Also, Zoo has a pretty good match against Hunter since you can really pressure them. While they can be annoying to play against, you should usually be happy about it.
Yah, it was GuardsmanBob, or whatever his name is. He ended up with 12 wins with that deck. I do ok against Hunters, but I like playing them less than any other matchup. I find their secrets particularly annoying.

Your deck is a bit all over the place. You should either tighten it up into something similar to what Trump ran last season, or you should go towards old school frost mage control. Either way I think the secrets and the secret based creatures are bad.
Thanks for the heads up. Trying out Trump's deck now.

If it's a serious deck I feel as though the defenders of argus would be better as water elementals or yetis.

That's definitely the weak card because there isn't really enough to give taunt. If I actually give the deck a real go I'll probably replace them a few times.

As crazy as it sounds I don't think Rag really fits either. I mean sure he's a pain in the ass but he's also random as fuck. I'm tempted to just craft a second Doomsayer (I only have 1 lol) to replace him with.

Off hand it seems like it'd be inconsistent, but it's hard to say how much. I feel like it would do reasonably well against both Hunter and Zoo though. Probably a crap shoot against all the other random shit flying around

Defender of Argus is one of those cards that has been pretty much universally hailed as one of the better rares in the game. And although I tend to actually agree with that assessment, I mean that I agree that it should be crafted early and played early in one's overall Hearthstone career. It is an excellent card.

That said, I am inclined to agree that the sheer beefiness of Water Elemental and/or Chillwind Yeti is often that ephemeral 'thing' that helps you win in the long run.

As soon as you take this advice, you will lose 6 games in a row, (just fyi).

Yeah, there really aren't enough creatures in that deck you'd want to give taunt to. You'd gain a much more solid mid game by add water elementals. I'm not sure you have enough control to get to your late game cards without them.
