So what's the word on Miracle Rogue now that Naxx is fully released? Still viable or do the new cards neuter it too much?

My experience seems to be the opposite of most people experiences here. I got Saph easy and am struggling with KT to the extent I quit playing it to calm down, cause fuck him.

What am i missing about the mad scientist deck? I do a lot worse on it than a regular hunter beast deck. Should i mulligan every card at the start unless i have a scientist? It just feels so fucking awkward to play.

PS. Is leroy that crucial to it? I dont have that card ;/.

I was really struggling with KT as zoo because first phase plus tapping would just get me too low on health, especially if he didn't throw out free zombie chows. Tried paladin also but couldn't get much damage on the board he twisting nethered my shit.

So for the first couple wings I had been trying the "beat all naxx heroic bosses with 100% basic starter decks" but gave up on it on like the 3rd wing because I got pretty sick of the RNG by that point. Anyways I checked what the other people who were doing that challenge were using on KT and it was this:http://i.imgur.com/e5rmdsf.pngso I just modified it slightly by replacing frost shock with lightning bolt (of which I drew neither anyway) and one SW Champ with Loatheb. It actually made short work of phase 1 and 2 pretty easily even after getting my board wiped with twisting nether and blizzard. There is still a lot of luck in that fight no matter what.

Leeroy gives you huge reach and can also give you value for your Unleash/Buzzard, there are a few decks that don't use it (of the new popular Hunter variety) but I really like it in the deck and think it is a pretty important card to run. Take that how you will, I am not a legend player.

Except a very small card pool, no instants, no random lands, no permanent effects (enchantments), very limited mechanics on cards, etc. This is like a Magic Lite, Lite.
Having played standard last night and mulled to 6 into a turn 1 thoughtseize, fuck random lands.

Kel'thuzad may be a little too much 'win more' to be a top tier card, but when it works, it's pretty silly.

Mulligans for everybody but shaman should be throwback everything but these cards...webspinner,haunted creeper, mad scientist, animal companion, bow. With coin you can also keep a houndmaster if your starting hand has something like a webspinner and haunted creeper. Against shaman I always keep unleash and im not sure if its right but i would keep explosive trap as well.

Leeroy is very important, the Leeroy + unleash combo along with a timber wolf can give you the reach needed to finish some of the harder matchups like warrior or priest. Leeroy was the first legendary I crafted and I would recommend crafting one as its very useful in miracle and quite a few of the cheaper aggro decks.

Yes, the ideal opening is going to be Mad Scientist, Creeper, Animal Companion. Also, Yes Leeroy is crucial; it's like the only way you can kill a priest.

Webspinner into Scientist would be my preference, actually. Even going second I'd rather not turn coin 1 if I don't have to.

Yeah I forgot to mention that was using a coin. I prefer to play a 2 mana then a 2 mana unless I am holdind three 3 manas. In that case I save coin to do two 3's in a row. I find that saving webspinners for a buzzard or houndmaster helps me more.

My post-Naxx Druid. This has been my pet deck for many moons.

Zombie Chow (was an Argent Squire) has been very good to me. As has Loatheb (was a Nourish) and Sludge Belcher (was a Druid of the Claw). I am still not convinced on Kel'Thuzad. He replaced an Ancient Protector and has served, so far anyway, to make my opponent panic and play dumb to kill KT. He isn'tthatgood of a card but people panic and play bad when they see him (for now anyway).

Everyone always hates my Druid decks but here it is anyway. Heathens.

You can't NOT kill KT when he hits the board. No matter what dumb plays it requires. leave KT up and you can be facing an infinite wall of taunts next turn - and that's one of the more tame possibilities.

Hey, I'll take it.

If he works better than Ancient Protector (not so much against Mages and Warlocks I imagine) in the aggregate, then I am a fan!

I want to run a minion heavy deck with KT at some point. Druid seems like a good pick. Mid-range Druid with a ton of taunts could easily be money.

I've been having a blast lately with an Aggro Paladin with Avenge, Undertaker, and Mad Scientist. Sometimes I can't believe they let me play Undertakers and Mad Scientists in the same deck. That shit can get ridiculously out of hand.
