RNG is stupid and breaks the game, see Knife Juggler and Ragnaros. Enhance-o Mechano looks like more of the same. Two relatively mediocre abilities, and one autowin if I have any board presence.
Explosive Sheep looks absolutely amazing though. Dr Boom looks fucking terrible. War Golem is still bad even if it also summons 2 1/1s.

There's a bunch of cards on their Facebook album (https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...6862680&type=1). Boombots are 1/1/1 and have deathrattle: 1-4 damage to a random enemy. Seems like a lotta damage to me.
edit: Freaking Voltron (V-07-TR-0N) has charge and 'Mega-Windfury' (Attack 4 times in a turn). He's 8/4/8, so you could Cold Blood him and deal 32 damage in one turn for 9 mana and 2 cards. Ridiculous.
edit 2: Nevermind, you have to sacc 3 mechs and play Mimiron's Head to summon Voltron... So you need board control with at least three mechs to get him, making him a 'win more' type summon

Packs are RNG, I would think if you are looking at investing in a competitive deck you should look at dust cost for said deck, you get a minimum of 40 dust per pack (with the opportunity to RNG a whole shitload more and/or get good cards you need). Some decks are really fucking expensive (Control Warrior, Handlock) some are not (Zoo and Hunter Face) you can get an idea of how much you would need to spend that way.

Personally, I spent $20 initially and $10x2 over months laters, so $40 total. With that $40 and however many arena wins I have, I have just about a complete set, basically any card that is played. It is a lot of arena wins though. More cash just means less wins you need to get more cards. If you bought the $20 pack bundle you could create a zoo deck like I was talking about in my other post, you'll just need to dust some cards you won't use.

The money is probably better spent on arena entries if you want to get good at the game, but Zoo is about ~$10 in packs with a little luck and is the cheapest competitive ladder deck.
I feel like I should mention that pre-Naxx several streamers got to legend with free-to-play decks (usually they did 1-5 arena runs to get the cards they needed). I would say this isn't currently possible since getting Naxx "free" isn't going to happen for the average player, however if you have Naxx unlocked I believe it is actually quite doable. The game is much harder than it at first appears.

Agreed, along with it being a small pool of new cards......and with still no new game modes its pushing my interest level even lower.
