So after starting this morning with a pretty epic losing streak, facehunter carried me to rank 5. I'm not sure I want to rely on it to try and grind higher.

No fucking idea what else to play though. Turbo face hunter wrecks the hunter mirror and it's only genuinely bad matchup is control warrior. Maybe take a stab at Firebat's miracle rogue.

Current Hunters run out of stream really fast, best thing you can Earthshock is the Loot Hoarders.
If played wrong they do. Gotta rely on hero power a lot, if you cast all your cards early you'll burn out. Hero power in place of casting stuff can slow card consumption, helps keep them guessing, and lets you hold on to more for response to their plays.

It's weird playing an aggressive deck in such a way, but with an aggressive hero power it doesn't slow you too much.

This was just one of those not-so-common type of draws I felt compelled to share. It ended 30-0.

On another note: Zulst, you say you experimented with Murlocs? Any variations other than Warlock?

I put together this MurRogue tell me what you think. It mostly has such a spread of spells because one, I'm still not sure what to play and also because I figure, a murloc rogue is already unexpected so why not double down on the unexpected and go full retard with crazy-happy spell time!? And yes Vanish has already won me a game. This isn't meant to be a contending deck, just trying to make a better MurRogue for giggles.

Sometime the salt in this game is real. Had a rank 1 golden Hunter friend me after I beat him with my trap deck and he told me I'd "never make legend" with that deck. So I can beat people at rank 1, but can't get to legend? Um.

It does seem like you would have trouble in the mirror match, but yeah his logic is pretty stupid. Salty as fuck.

Most satisfying card in the meta!

I'm still not sure it is wise because of simple Gambler's Fallacy but Harrison and Black Knight are just too damned much fun to *not* try and shoe-horn in wherever they might fit. Hell, I think my next fucking about deck will probably just run various silences and weapon murderers.

I just played Crusher on ladder. Knowing his list was a huge advantage and he got a bad draw, but I friended him and we ended up talking about his list for a while. Such a good HS night.

When playing Murlocs, there's a couple of things you notice right away; they're not sticky, and they don't trade for shit. The worst offenders are the Grimscale Oracle, the Murloc Raider, and the Coldlight Oracle. But if you're playing some kind of backspace variant then just ditch those guys, maybe keep the Coldlights and go ham with Cold Bloods, Eviscerate, Deckhands and/or Arcane Golems.

Had a pretty good one around rank 8 playing zoo for daily. "Nice warlock rush deck. Why dont you get some creativity and build your own deck you no talent scrub." Came from an undertaker hunter who seemed to have a stock list and just added rivendare lol. The best is how they defriend you immediately after the whisper so you cant even laugh at them.

So I beat a control warrior (nightmare matchup) with a lucky beast topdeck with double KC in hand. He sends a friend request afterwards and this is what transpired.

Best part I was thinking about opening with some pre-emptive gloating before he could shit talk and immediately unfriend me, and at the last second I decided to take the high road. Man would I have felt like such a dick.

I like the new Warrior card. A 5/5 for 6 mana that adds 5 armor as a battlecry. It should find a gome in Control Warrior.

Maybe. But it's competing for a spot in the deck against Cairne, Sylvanas, and Black Knight, so it's hard to figure out what to cut for it. If you're focusing your deck as more anti-aggro, you can probably cut BK for one, and maybe Cairne for the other. Against other control decks I could see cutting Belchers for them.

Seems more like something you'll see in tournament control warrior rather than ladder.

I was trying to answer when I got RRPed.

Anyway, in addition to Armor being more valuable than Health, Armor can also take you above 30, and yes, the extra point of health on the minion makes a huge difference too. 5 Health is sort of the magical breakpoint where it takes substantially more effort to trade up minions compared to 4 health.

Off the top of my head, the only playable 4 health minions that cost 4 or more are Azure Drake, which replaces itself, and Harrison and Greenskin which are both niche, Greenskin more-so than Harrison.
