Unless you're on a streak you may as well concede vs priest as control warrior, it'll only leave you wondering why you didn't 25m sooner after you lose that 30m game.

I enjoy Hearthstone immencly and I've been playing since early beta I'm starting to get bored with the game. I basically completed GVG the first day and I've hit legend multiple times so i'm running out of reasons to log in.

The tournament system for this game is complete and utter garbage. They need to have an ingame tournament mode complete with tournament size sliders and a rule set.

It should work like this.

Tournament organizer select the Tournament mode button then hits *Start New tournament* he then selects the players and makes it a 50 person tournament and makes the top cut 8 players. He makes the rules as single round Swiss and the top 8 as best out of 3. He checks off the *change deck option* disabling the ability to change the deck you entered with and he's done.

I think i'm going to take a break until something is done with the tournament scene because having to stream your decks and all of this work around bullshit people are doing for tournaments is retarded.

I can't even believe how absurdly strong Handlock is right now. I mean, I can, because, uhh, Lifetap, but still, wow. Has anyone ever actually counted out the number of removal spells Warlock has? Hint: it's more than any other class in the game even if you count shit like Claw/Bite/Savagery. 2 of them are superb AoE and another is AoE hard removal. Shaman and Rogue/Warrior are trailing behind and are not even a close second with 8, 7, and 9, respectively.

Soulfire
Corruption
Mortal Coil
Demonfire
Drain Life
Imp-Plosion
Demonheart
Bane of Doom
Siphon Soul
Dark Bomb
Hellfire
Shadowflame
Shadow Bolt
Twisting Nether

What the fuck?

It escapes me as to why Warlocks were given Darkbomb or Imp-losion. Warlock is the new Blue. Fuck lifetap (even tho I hella enjoy playing it).

Most of those spells are unplayably bad. Dark Bomb replaced Soulfire for Handlocks. My handlock list only runs 1 coil and 1 siphon. The only thing on that list that probably needs nerfed is Imp-losion, and that's because of Zoo, not Handlock. Corruption, Demonfire, Drain Life, Demonheart, Bane of Doom, Shadow Bolt, and Twisting Nether are all pretty terrible. Arguably Soulfire is pretty shitty now too.

The game that broke me: All the cards I needed to were at the bottom of my deck. Priest thoughtsteals every last one of them and kills me with them.

So are many of the other removal spells I counted for other classes, that's not what I'm talking about. It's the point of how many they have. Having all that removal and the ability to thin your deck to get it. It's a huge reason Warlock is so strong. I'm playing my Handlock pretty recklessly and it just doesn't matter because I can draw all game and then heal it back up and come back from behind with a Shadowflame or Hellfire. Mortal Coil, Dark Bomb, Shadow Flame, Hellfire, Siphon Soul is still a shit ton of good removal, plus if you count Imp-losion.

I'm just making a point about the fact that Warlock has so many removal spells and wondering what in the fuck the design perspective is on that. As we've already all said, Lifetap is only going to get worse and worse and imo, all the removal is compounding the problem big time.

You'll be back. I think I'm on my 6th reinstall at this point. It sucks that I'm cognizant enough to realize that too much of the game's outcome is dependent on shuffling but too stupid to stop playing.
Yup. Also, when you realize that statistically, you aren't enjoying yourself or you are raging far more than you are enjoying yourself in tranquility.

People who create decks with the full intention of bringing the game to fatigue should die the most horrible death you can imagine

Mill mage is a thing now too. It's basically freeze mage with a different win condition.
Mill Mage is hard as shit to play correctly. In any control match up you're going to have to constantly manage your hand size, sometimes like 4-5 turns in advance. So fun though.

I played against a Warrior designed for fatigue today. A lot of the Control Warrior backbone, but shit like Coldlight, Doomsayer, Healbot

My ramp druid has a Malorne in it to counter mill decks. (Also it was a golden legendary so I needed an excuse to play it). It won me the game against a mill deck but that was just the one time, mill decks are still really rare. It's okay against warrior but meh against pretty much everything else.
