I wish they'd reset my hero league MMR. I don't really feel comfortable queueing for it since I know I'm far worse than when I stopped playing.

Loving the new patch so far, everyone I know is really enjoying it as well. I only recently started playing HL, but bans are definitely a nice addition, and the class/talent changes are mostly really cool. Still bummed they went ahead with Jaina nerf, but the KT buffs make up for it.

I actually like his changes, i just think his lvl 1 quest talents are a little too steep. It's pretty fucking hard to get all his Q stacks before he dies since he has absolutely no survivability lol. Specially if you have a stealthy or illidan on the enemy team that notices you're going a stack build
His arcane barrier talent forces you to lane too much for something that gives you barely any shield later on anyway. It was only a viable talent before because getting Mana Addict at level 1 before, permanently increased your mana pool. This isn't the case anymore so it gives you a whopping... 1500 health at level 20 or some shit? which is gone in 2 hits anyway.
Mana Addict still increases your mana pool by 15 per globe, you just ALSO get AB when you have 25+ globes.I actually like his changes, i just think his lvl 1 quest talents are a little too steep. If anything with KT you should be getting barrier sooner. At least in my games I was completing my quests before 16 the majority of the time. I also feel like Heroes could benefit from having a stronger laning phase. Right now it is 1-4-0 simply because it is better to just roam as a death squad. Possibly that will still be the same scenario with the globe talent or made things worse since you can obtain globes from two lanes with a 4 man lane.

Ahh i missed that, still seemed underwhelming but pretty much the only viable talent at lvl 1. His Q quest is highly unlikely unless you have a dedicated healer and or tank to save and peal off of you lol.

I think it depends. It may also mean you need a slightly different laning presence where you are constantly trying to poke your Q. You can go Q, D as your 1/4 and that is pretty good synergy so you can stay in lane trying to blast Q's. Unfortuantely since it is a static +150 that means it is only really good for a short time. I wish they'd give more heroes "boom or bust" talents like this, personally.

Yeah, I think the q stacks come quicker than you think. And it takes so long to get arcane barrier on some maps if you're not comfortable taking the q quest I feel like you may as well take the spheres talent. It'll be a nice heal if you take the 2 d's talent at 16 and you get 5% ability power from it now so its something.
PSA: Spring Global Championship tonight through Saturday in Korea. Interestingly, they're playing on a tournament realm, so they don't have the Dehaka patch that dropped the other day.Heroes Spring Championship 2016
It would be really, really silly to have such a large scale tournament NOT on a tournament server since the patch is less than a week old. Still kind of poor timing by Blizzard since no one is really interested in seeing how the old patch plays out.
True. I was listening to Dunktrain talk about it on Townhall, and it doesn't seem like there's a good way to go about patching the game given the rate of these esports events. C9 plays in Korea on the Tournament/previous patch, come back to the US, and have like 2 days to practice on the Dehaka patch before qualifiers for the Summer Season for DreamHack in June.
I like C9, so I hope they don't fall apart under the pressure.

Well they get paid to do this so they'll figure it out. I think honestly the biggest change for C9 would be to the Garden map. The map now plays out completely and totally differently due to the plant changes.
Also I saw Jake posted a VLOG and it looks like Cooby and Zoia are out of Town Hall. Cooby makes sense but I'm kind of surprised Zoia bowed out.
