Starting to dig on Lili lately. At the very least it increases my support depth now being comfortable with her, Uther and BW. She just has so much better survive than BW and her Q once talented costs basically no mana and pumps out healing.

Or Tychus. But yeah pretty much. Its amazing how the competitive scene has influenced this game so much. They have pretty strict setups in competitive and it really shows in draft mode with the same 15 heroes being picked over and over. Sure you'll get that guy who yolos Gazlowe but it isn't often.
I'm of the opinion you can make most heroes in this game work. If your team plays better you'll win. None of these hero league matches are played so precisely that having a slightly better tier of tank isn't going to make or break the game. I usually encourage team mates to just pick the hero they're most comfortable with since I'd rather have someone who is really good on Gazlow instead of forcing them to play support at a poor level.

Yeah, its more just having an team comp that makes sense in terms of roles. Even then it could work out.
The point I was making is that most people have this "This hero is never good or not as good as X hero" mentality that the competitive and streamer scene have pushed onto people.

You'll get that with every competitive game though. Fuck the Starcraft2 ladder the day after ProLeague or a major tournament is infested but nothing but the same builds used at that tournament.

Yeah Lili feels pretty good now. I really hope they take a look at Tyrande sometime soon. Her (and malf's) healing feel so inconsequential compared to the big 3 right now.
I think those two are supposed to fill a more offensive support position but just aren't in a great spot for either at the moment. Almost like Tassadar but neither are no Tassadar. The only purpose Tyrande has is flinging owls to pad hero damage when it doesn't matter. Malf has a fairly reliable root (at the very least a zone) and I feel he is in a decent spot actually. They probably should look into toning down Uther and BW instead of trying to make supports necessary in all comps.

Nah, malfurion is just garbage atm. Innervate is his best thing in his kit and that is only with some heroes. He definitely needs a buff moreso than uther and brightwing need a nerf. Its not a numbers comparison; in terms of what malfurion and then what uther or brightwing bring to a teamfight, no one should ever go malfurion if the object is to win.
Sounds like Blizzard added a founders pack and if you buy it you can buy your way into beta. It is outstandingly expensive.

Yeah its all in all really stupid. Pricing seems to be ~1000g = $1 so you are getting about $2.50 in gold, three shit tier heroes and three shit tier skins (afaik none come with additional graphics or voice modifications.) Then a golden puppy. They are really gouging for access.
I caved and bought it even though I know it's a terrible deal. I've been waiting so long to play I just didn't give a fuck.
Yeah it isn't like $40 is a huge deal to people gainfully employed but it is the principal of the matter!

There are tons of posts with detailed information comparing prices to Dota and League on other sites, including the battle.net forums. People know the deals are awful, that Blizzard is just ignoring the pleas of its fans, and yet people keep buying. It's hard to blame Blizzard when people can't control themselves.
