When the 'Everquest' developers decided to open a "no rules" server, the hardcore PvP crowd didn't count on gaming's greatest troll: Fansy the Famous Bard.

At level 5 (iirc) bards get selo's which is super fast run speed. No other class can run that fast in the game. Fansy was created on a pvp server but pvp doesn't start until level 6 (iirc). The majority of the server rolled evil characters (dark elf, troll and ogre). Fansy would find high level mobs that no one should be fighting when a server opens, train them around and yell all kinds of stupid/funny shit about killing evil characters as Sand Giants aggroed on them and killed them.
He didn't actually break the game - what he did is refuse to level up where people could pvp him automatically so he could endlessly train people with his level 5 bard speed. It was an odd sort of exploit that no one expected that wreaked havoc on that particular server.

Point of order, the Jeffylys thing was actually a Mangina as opposed to a tranny. Easy way to tell is Trannies love being outed for the attention, while Manginas are scamming thirsty dudes and to not want to get outted. That dude made an unforced error by using a picture of someone already tangentially connected to this community, then someone found his peter pan cosplay outfit and he was never heard from again. Not the first Mangina issue we have had either, lest everyone forget when Millie was more or less running the show around here. The only good thing about the Tranny onslaught is that Manginas have all but disappeared from existence. Might have more to do with VOIP clients becoming more widespread though.

Fuck I can't remember the exact reason he was banned and we cannot see his post history or warnings. But I think it was for basically doxxing trex and dragging keg's kids through the muck.
Trex isn't banned because she didn't do whatever tyen was doing.
