Don Lee (Ma Dong-Seok) is indeed awesome. I highly recommend the Roundup series to anyone.
You maybe missed the best one : The Outlaws from 2017. I say maybe because I only saw this one (Crime City in korean) and The Roundup (Crime City 2 in korean) and the first movie was better. No idea about the two sequels though.

About Holy Night: it feels like it might be an attempt to cash-in on the success of Exhuma? It's a recent blockbuster also involving exorcisms (a theme that, to be fair, is not that uncommon in asian cinema, but I would associate it more with Hong-Kong)

I just watched that entire Roundup trilogy not too long ago. Basically the same thing, but they're just fun films. Totally worth your time. Was it some sort of groundbreaking Cinema, no, but are they entertaining, hell yeah.

I didn't really care for Exhuma that much because I probably just don't know about the mysticism lore from their culture. I wasn't a bad movie, but I think I liked The Wailing a lot more.

The Cop, The Gangster, and the Devil is also really good if you want some Don Lee punching awesomeness. I think that's what it's called, but it's on streaming and it's fantastic.

Need to check out The Outlaws. Thanks for recommending.
