First flood warning in area and i freaked the fucked out when i heard this weird ass noise in my basement, it was my sump pump working. Actually the ball thingy got stuck on the ridge of the sump pump wall, so i had to readjust it to normal (before it was always on). Now this has me freaked out I'm thinking about a backup water powered sump pump.

Pretty sure 99% of the people who think like that work in hollywood. I mean, it's something to keep in mind though should you ever become a super hero. You might want to lock up your porn collection (if I was a superhero, that would be the source of my power) behind a shitty lock and some meaningless quartz rock behind a good lock to thwart your arch nemesis.

and edit -- holy shit all those houses are pending that we listed in MA. That's crazy to me.
