I know it's a bit late now, but about the subject of the Toto C2...

As far as a bidet seat goes, I recommend the Vovo 3100 over the Toto C2 ( I guess Koreans like their bidets too).

The Vovo has a heater rated for 1100W, as opposed to the Toto's 500W heater. Haven't had hot water run out yet, over multiple back to back full cycles.

Also, it feels like a pressure washer to the point where I've never tried the "Turbo Wash" setting - the highest pressure setting on regular cycle seems to be more than powerful enough.

My 4 year old Maytag top loader needs new springs. This thing is absolute shit. Is there any brand/model washer out there that isn’t absolute garbage these days? Willing to pay a premium if so.

Our Speed Queens are still going strong a year+ later. We run them all the time between 6 year old and toddler, and us.

When I was buying 4 years ago the word on the street was that newer speed queens sucked - can’t remember if it was due to epa regs nerfing them or frequent bad boards. I’m willing to give them a try now though. Which model do you have?

If I remember back when doing my research, there was a year they tried to do something like change up the controls or changed the agitator. Can't remember, but yeah it sounds familiar.

We just have the plane TC5003 with no lid lock and the fill settings mean you can fill the whole thing with water even if you only put in 1 shirt.

Yup I’m pretty sure that was it. Thanks, I’ll try replacing my washer with a TR7 I think

Everything is designed to stop working in 5 years and go to the landfill. If you replace it, at least take it out in the yard and give it the office space printer treatment to make yourself feel better.
