The first two were at least somewhat entertaining. Not masterpieces by any means, but fun summer movies for all ages.
This one really was a nothing movie. I've never even picked up any of the books, so I have no idea how long any of them are in terms of page count, but I could just tell they were clearly stretching things out to milk the franchise. I hated it with harry potter, but it was at least somewhat understandable considering the book was like 800 pages or some shit, and there was enough going on that it only slightly sucked to have it end on a cliffhanger.
This one wasn't even a cliffhanger, there was no real arc to the movie at all.
Not to mention, wtf is wrong with her character? She's like the epitome of an overly emotional and irrational woman for the first 30 minutes of the movie. "I hate you! You didn't save peeta as well, even though it's totally understandable and I should be lucky that you even got me out, but I'm still going to hate you more then the people who put him into this in the first place! wait.. what's this? Oh, that's right.. the capitol is actually evil and killed everyone I know. lol, I keep forgetting, my bad! I'll totes be the face of your covergirl campaign."
ANY sane person would either want nothing to do with the way due to fear, or be royally pissed off enough to dive right into. Her reaction makes absolutely no sense at all.
